Excerpt from boing boing articles: chernobyl 20 years later
Quite an interesting fact, now i would know that chernobyl was not actually a virus who crashed millions of computers in April 26, 1999. It was a disaster caused by the explosion of Chernobyl Nuclear Power plant. I am unsure if i am the only one left who do not know about this.Â
There are also a lot of information dedicated to the longterm effects, and helpful actions by people dedicatedto helping the victims of the chernobyl tragedy at chernobyl.info.We have to remember the tragedy of Chernobyl and to make conclusions in order to improve security of all nuclear power plants not only in CEI countries but all over the world. This horror and pain are not to be repeated. – taken from chernobyl.info
